Mika, a 10-year-old boy with Asperger’s Syndrome, has no idea how his life will change when he hears a strange sound outside his building one night. Much to his surprise, he finds a racehorse on the balcony of a neighbor’s apartment and discovers plans to use the horse to pay off outstanding gambling debt. Working through some issues that arise from his disorder, Mika and Dana, a spirited young girl from the neighborhood, make a bold plan to save their beloved animal friend.
